Robyn Julien

Save the Family Foundation of Arizona is pleased to announce it has selected Robyn Julien, Arizona native and known local nonprofit leader, to fill the position of CEO for Save the Family and ARM (Affordable Rental Movement) of Save the Family.

“We are proud to welcome Robyn Julien to advance the mission of Save the Family in its next era,” said Cindi Harper, Save the Family Board Chair. “Robyn’s extensive community connections and career accomplishments, which include experience with top-level fundraising and creative programming, will bring Save the Family and ARM of Save the Family to the next level.”

“I am excited to join Save the Family’s team as their CEO,” said Robyn Julien. “The staff, board of directors, and volunteers of Save the Family are devoted to working with families through case management, career development, and financial literacy education to find permanent housing solutions. I believe that working together we can continue to provide a positive impact for the families that need Save the Family’s services, now more than ever before.”

Julien is a Certified Public Accountant, working in public accounting early in her career. She has worked in nonprofit development for many years, including serving as the CEO of the Arizona Burn Foundation and most recently as President and CEO of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale. 

Erin Cowan-Hegg, LMSW

Chief Programs Officer

Cowan-Hegg joined the agency in 2021, and brings more than 18 years of experience in human services program delivery. She holds an MSW and BSW in Social Work, both from Arizona State University. She also holds a professional certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and a professional certificate in Nonprofit Management from the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation.

Erin Million

Chief Financial Officer

Million, joined the agency in 2021. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in accounting, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University, and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2011. Erin started her career with CliftonLarsonAllen (formally, Clifton Gunderson) where she first gained experience within the Nonprofit industry as an auditor. Prior to joining Save the Family, Erin was the Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance at a New Leaf, Inc. Erin is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs.

Lynette Stein

Chief Development Officer

Stein joined the agency in 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in growing sustainable revenue, establishing brand awareness for both non-profit and for-profit organizations, and fostering longstanding relationships with clients, investors, partners, sponsors, and donors. Lynette held senior leadership roles at both Tempe Community Action Agency (TCAA) and the Valley of the Sun JCC (The J). She graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a minor in Economics.

Allisia Fiorini

Chief Housing Development Officer

Allisia Fiorini joined Affordable Rental Movement (ARM) of Save the Family in 2020 and brings more than 13 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Born and raised in Arizona, Allisia holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Allisia also is a licensed REALTOR in the State of Arizona. She brings the knowledge of project management, real estate development, and construction management to the team. She is passionate about helping her community and those in need by providing safe and affordable housing.

Therese Hale

Human Resources and Compliance Manager

Hale joined the agency in June 2023. Hale has over 10 years of Human Resources experience.
For over 6 years Hale has been in the non-profit industry working alongside executive
leadership teams to achieve organizational goals. Hale has a bachelor’s degree in criminal
justice and criminology from Arizona State University. Hale’s background includes extensive
experience in performance management, strategic management, and operational efficiency.
