Contracts & Grants Administrator

The Contracts & Grants Administrator provides a range of services including, but not limited to incorporating an overall understanding of the Save the Family’s strategic objectives and needs in identifying funding opportunities; the preparation and submission of proposals, negotiation and acceptance of grants and contracts; oversight of program compliance with existing grant and contract requirements, including achievement of stated objectives, program participant qualification compliance and financial reporting requirements; and oversight of grant and contract fund spending.

Case Manager
Save The Family’s Case Manager has a caseload of families, assisting clients with
locating and securing rental housing in the community. The Case Manager assists with
obtaining and completing paperwork, identifying referral sources, and providing direction
toward setting and meeting client goals.

and ARM residential properties.

Property & Leasing Assistant – ARM
This position is administrative support for ARM of Save the Family Foundation. Affordable Rental Movement (ARM) is the housing program of Save the Family Foundation. With assistance of HUD and local jurisdictions, ARM acquires single family homes in the East Valley to help provide affordable housing. The ARM Leasing Administrator will assist the Leasing Manager, Property Maintenance Supervisor, and Director of Property Development.
