Philanthropy Coordinator

The Philanthropy Coordinator works under the supervision of the Director of Philanthropy and closely with members of the Philanthropy team to execute and manage a comprehensive fundraising operation for Save the Family. Activities include managing Save the Family’s donor database, overseeing volunteer activities, coordinating fundraising events, and cultivating and stewarding community partners.

Non – Profit Accountant

Responsible for the implementation of approved accounting practices and provide accurate reporting of financial results. Responsible for supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing/billing areas, including cash receipts, general ledger accounting and account reconciliations.

Maintenance Tech

Under the direction of the Facilities/Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the care and upkeep of Save the Family and ARM residential properties, we are a non-profit organization that supports low-income families with housing and supportive services.

Direct Services Manager

The Direct Services Manager provides supervision and oversight of some of Save the Family’s programming and Case Management staff.

Case Manager

Save The Family’s Direct Services Programs are staffed with degreed Client Service Professionals.  The Case Manager has a caseload of families, assisting clients with locating and securing rental housing in the community. In collaboration with clients and families, the Case Manager assists with obtaining and completing paperwork, identifying referral sources, and provides direction toward setting and meeting goal.

Client Services Liaison/Front Desk

The primary role of the Client Services Liaison/Front Desk is to work effectively with the public to assist them in obtaining information about, and applying for, Save the Family programs a non-profit organization that provides housing and supportive services to families in need, as well as providing information to clients needing access to Case Mangers and helping with their requests for information, by answering phones, supporting data entry, providing customer service skills to the public and clients we serve.
