Tracy joined the agency in 2022. She earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL.  She has more than 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit setting.  Tracy’s career journey has allowed her to work in Childcare, Civil Rights, Domestic Violence, and Affordable Housing, managing the accounting operations. The goal has always been clear: to empower non-profit organizations to achieve their mission with fiscal strength and integrity.
