Save the Family Partners in New Wild Rose Project

Save the Family was selected by the City of Phoenix and national developer, Ulysses Development Group as the on-site supportive services provider to Wild Rose Flats, a new affordable housing community now under construction at Thomas and 43rd Ave. in Phoenix.

At a groundbreaking held September 23rd, Phoenix Housing Department Director Titus Mathew thanked Save the Family for their partnership and underscored the importance of working with a nonprofit on this project. “That’s close and dear to my heart because I truly believe supportive services is crucial to ensuring our residents stay housed,” Matthew said.

Wild Rose Flats will provide 72 affordable rental units to working families and individuals earning 60% or less of the area median income.

Save the Family will deliver on-site supportive services to ensure residents not only have a safe and stable home but also the tools and encouragement to thrive.From financial coaching to workforce development and parenting resources, the Save the Family team will walk alongside Wild Rose Flats residents as they build brighter futures. This collaboration is a powerful example of how public, private, and nonprofit partners can come together to address safe and affordable housing.
