Community Youth Advocate – Hire Bonus – $1,000
The Community Youth Advocate serves as the primary liaison and advocate between client parents and their child’s school, aiding youth and families in setting and achieving educational goals. The Advocate assists families and youth in gaining access to age appropriate educational and community services such as community agencies, professionals, and programs, and helps to gather and disseminate information that will empower youth and their families to develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage their own educational plans and community participation. This work includes researching and developing relationships with community agencies and groups that provide extra-curricular activities for youth between the ages of 6 and 17 and managing funds to support youth in school or community activities that enrich the curricular and extra-curricular lives of the children in Save the Family programs. Client Services Liaison/Front Desk
The primary role of the Client Services Liaison is to work effectively with the public to assist them in obtaining information about, and applying for, Save the Family programs a non-profit organization that provides housing and supportive services to families in need, as well as providing information to clients needing access to Case Mangers and helping with their requests for information, by answering phones, supporting data entry, providing customer service skills to the public and clients we serve. Case Manager
Save The Family’s Direct Services Programs are staffed with degreed Client Service Professionals. The Case Manager has a caseload of families, assisting clients with locating and securing rental housing in the community. In collaboration with clients and families, the Case Manager assists with obtaining and completing paperwork, identifying referral sources, and provides direction toward setting and meeting goals.
