Lorraine joined the agency in January 2025, bringing over 25 years of executive experience in finance across both for-profit and non-profit sectors. She has spent more than a decade in the non-profit sector, particularly in community-based grant management organizations. Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
Driven by a deep passion for supporting organizations that serve individuals in need, Lorraine has dedicated her skills to advancing their missions. Her focus has been on organizations that promote human welfare, changing lives, and making a difference in communities. She plans to bring this passion to Save the Family Foundation and ARM of Save the Family Foundation of Arizona, further developing their mission and values among the staff and within the community.
Lorraine is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Worldwide Women’s Association.
