Bellago Homes, Nationwide, The Nationwide Foundation, and The Board of Visitors will be honored for their support and advocacy of Save the Family and the individuals and families it serves at the 2019 Hearts of Gold Gala, being held on Saturday, Feb. 9 at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Scottsdale Resort and Spa.
Wayne Funk of Bellago Homes will receive the Christine L. Goldberg Leadership Award, The Board of Visitors will receive the Ned Zink Philanthropic Award, and Nationwide and The Nationwide Foundation, both longtime partners of Save the Family, will receive the Corporate Award.
Hearts of Gold Gala co-chairs are Fred and Renee Hatfield. Fox 10’s Kristy Siefkin will emcee. Individual tickets for the 2019 Gala, which begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception and silent auction, are $225. Sponsorship opportunities begin at $2,500. Save the Family Foundation of Arizona is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency based in Mesa and has been serving the community since 1988. Last year, Save the Family and its partner agency, the Affordable Rental Movement of Save the Family, provided housing and supportive services to 688 homeless and impoverished families. Their programs are provided throughout Maricopa County and promote stable homes, safe children, and strong families. Families are provided a place to live while gaining the necessary skills to become self-sufficient for a lifetime.
