Each year we sponsor our families throughout the holiday season. For many clients, the holidays create added stress and become a low point of their year. By giving your time, talents, and/or treasure, you can make the holidays a positive time for both our clients and their children. We cannot express enough gratitude from ourselves and our clients for the tremendous generosity people have demonstrated in support of Save the Family’s Holiday Sponsorship Program during the holidays.

Host Your Own Fundraiser!
Our organization is profoundly impacted by those in our community who put homeless families before themselves. We feel honored that you have chosen Save the Family and thank you for doing so. Donations collected from community partner fundraising efforts are carefully put to use. Hosting a fundraiser is a great way to have fun, engage your friends, family, and fellow colleagues while supporting our vulnerable families! Vehicles For Charity
Wondering what to do with your used car or truck? Donating your old vehicle to Save the Family, is convenient, easy, and may qualify you for a tax deduction. And best of all, your donation of a used car or truck will make a big difference in supporting Save the Family!
Why not donate your vehicle today? All you need to do is to complete our simple online form or call 1-866-628-2277 and we’ll take care of the rest. We will pick up your vehicle, arrange to have your donation towed, and provide you with a tax-deductible receipt, all at no charge to you. Call 1-866-628-2277.
Donations in lieu of Gifts
In lieu of traditional wedding gifts, gifts for a special occasion such as birthdays, anniversaries, or retirement parties, or flower arrangements at funerals, give a donation to Save the Family in honor or in memory of a friend/loved one. United Way Employee Giving
Monthly automatic payroll deductions make it easy for you to make a difference! Your donation through the United Way qualifies for a tax deduction as permitted by law. Please indicate “Save the Family Foundation” on your United Way form using our Valley of the Sun United Way Number: 1550. If you work outside Maricopa County, please write in our complete name and address: Save the Family, 125 E. University Dr., Mesa, AZ 85201.
Many employers sponsor annual workplace giving campaigns through which employees can elect to make payroll deductions to selected charities. Encourage your employer to participate in such a campaign and see if Save the Family is a possible choice. Matching gifts are an easy way to double (sometimes even triple!) a charitable contribution. By donating goods and supplies to Save the Family, you can help provide families with items they do not have, such as cleaning supplies, toiletries, diapers, food, clothing, etc.
