With the federal eviction moratorium expiring on Saturday, July 31st, renters, landlords and communities at large are preparing for an influx in evictions and homelessness. 12News’s Josh Sanders visited with Lisa Bratcher, Save the Family’s Eviction Prevention Program Manager, and others to hear how the expiration will impact Arizona families and where they can go for help.
